Visit preparation, conversations and referrals

Private preparation checklists and access notes are saved to your signed-in account against a verified Jobber visit. Sending access notes creates a submitted request for GuardPro review. Conversation messages and selected attachments are shared with the customer who owns the submitted request and the authorized GuardPro owner; they are not public. Conversation copies are retained with your app records.

In-app notifications are derived from your linked schedule, published reports and albums, review updates and GuardPro replies. We store your read markers. Device push alerts are optional and enabled separately on each supported browser or installed web app. We store the subscription endpoint and browser push encryption keys in encrypted records, your category choices, and delivery attempt metadata. Publication and customer-visible care updates can send encrypted notifications through your browser’s push service, such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft. These providers handle routing under their own terms. Lock-screen notification text is general and excludes property addresses, photos, case details and conversation content. Disabling device push removes its stored subscription and cancels pending delivery attempts where possible; an already accepted notification may still arrive. Delivery is not guaranteed. App email and SMS delivery are not connected. Assigned team names and recorded service items may be displayed for a verified linked visit; staff contact details and internal instructions are excluded.

A personal referral link contains a random code associated with your account. A friend must sign in and explicitly submit their own quote request and contact details to GuardPro. Referrers see aggregate request counts, not the friend’s identity, address or contact information. Sharing your link can associate you with GuardPro; choose where you share it. No reward or completed sale is implied.

Finding progress is recorded by GuardPro against a published report edition. Annual agreement quantities are owner-entered against an approved property-specific quote; completed visits count only linked published reports. Your annual summary may be printed or saved locally. Photo comparison uses published images; it does not perform AI analysis or automatically determine whether a condition was repaired.

Account preferences and support

We store your preferred contact method, billing address, future notification preferences and account requests. Household requests may include the proposed contact’s name, email and relationship; provide them only with authority to request the arrangement. Submitted requests share relevant profile and preference information with GuardPro for review. Household requests do not automatically share customer documents or grant access.

Authenticated app-data downloads contain your private text records and file metadata, including insurance case information if present. They exclude credentials, file contents and live Jobber records. Requests to correct or delete records are reviewed by GuardPro, including identity and applicable retention requirements.

Insurance assistance records

If you use the Insurance Claim workspace, we collect the property address and state, incident details, policyholder and contact information, insurance provider, policy and claim numbers, adjuster information, uploaded documents, request acknowledgments and case updates. Private drafts are not included in GuardPro’s owner inbox. Requesting assistance shares your case and its documents with GuardPro for review and coordination. Submitted cases and documents are accessible to your signed-in account and authorized GuardPro owner access; they are not included in the shareable Home Passport export.

Insurance case details, including policy numbers, are encrypted in stored database records. Documents are kept in private file storage and downloaded through authenticated access controls. No insurance carrier API, AI analysis or automatic third-party document delivery is connected to this workspace. GuardPro may need to share relevant information with your insurer or an authorized professional outside the app to provide assistance, subject to applicable authorization and requirements. Do not upload insurer passwords, Social Security numbers or payment-card information. Contact drodgers@guardproexteriors.com to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.

1. Scope and operator

GuardPro Exteriors LLC operates My GuardPro. This policy describes information handled through the GuardPro customer web app. It does not replace the separate privacy policies of ChatGPT/OpenAI, Jobber, or other sites you visit. Our customer app is intended for adults seeking property services in the United States.

2. Information collected

Account information: Sign in with ChatGPT supplies an authenticated user identifier, email address, and, when available, name. We do not receive your ChatGPT password or chat history through this sign-in.

Information you provide: profile name, telephone number, property addresses and labels, service preferences, preferred dates and times, notes, requests, referral or neighbor details you choose to submit, concerns, membership review requests, customer-entered water-system records, equipment identifiers and location, installation and service dates, filter details, water readings with their sources and sampling locations, maintenance notes, water-service request drafts, and notification preferences.

Photos: uploaded JPG, PNG, or WebP images, their filenames, content types, and upload dates. Images may contain embedded metadata, including location information; the current upload process does not intentionally strip that metadata. Remove information you do not want to share before uploading.

Technical information: the hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the app.

Jobber information: an owner-only pilot can read the selected customer’s identity, email, properties, jobs, and visit schedule through the authorized business connection. Invited customers can read their linked customer identity, properties, job summaries, and visit schedule. Account links associate your authenticated user identifier with one Jobber customer in the authorized business account. Invitation records include the intended email, expiration, issuing user, and claiming user; invitation tokens are stored as hashes. GuardPro can prepare customer-facing reports with service scope, completion documentation, inspection findings, selected job attachments or owner-uploaded photos, and next-care recommendations. Only the reviewed, published report and its selected photos are visible to the linked customer. Internal Jobber notes are not copied automatically. Membership agreements remain separately managed. The Payments section reads issued invoices, sent quotes, balances and payment status from the linked Jobber record; card processing takes place in Jobber Client Hub. We will update this policy before materially changing the app’s data practices.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, keep your app records associated with your account, store your drafts and uploads, provide printable care records, understand your requests, answer questions, and operate and troubleshoot the app.

Saved request drafts are not automatically sent or booked. When you select Send to GuardPro, the app stores a submitted copy with your authenticated email, profile contact details, selected property details and selected photos for owner review. Owner review notes and status updates are visible in your account. Saving notification preferences does not currently activate email, SMS or push delivery. If you use an email link to send information to us, your email provider processes that message and GuardPro receives the information you send.

Sample scores and appointments are illustrative. The app does not currently generate a real property health assessment from your uploads or automatically connect a customer to a Jobber record based on a typed address.

4. Who information is shared with

Information is processed by service providers supporting app hosting, storage, authentication, and security. The current platform uses OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare-backed hosting, database, and photo storage. These providers handle information under their applicable terms and policies.

GuardPro may use information you send directly to us to respond to you and manage the requested work in our business systems, including Jobber. Authorized personnel or contractors may receive information needed to perform that work. Customer app records are not intended to be public.

We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful process, investigate misuse, protect people and systems, or handle a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

The current app does not include advertising pixels or ad-network integrations, and we do not sell personal information collected through the app or share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer photos in public marketing.

Owner property research

When activated, an owner can explicitly send a typed property address to OpenAI and its web-search service to research public sources. The owner must confirm address sharing before running a search. The app does not attach customer contact details, private notes, photos or Jobber records to this request. Research reports are unverified drafts shown in the owner browser, and are not automatically saved as measurements or used for pricing. The app stores the owner identifier and attempt timestamps to enforce usage limits. OpenAI and search providers process submitted addresses and search queries under their own applicable terms and policies.

5. Authentication, cookies, and tracking

Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology required for authentication, security, and operation. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

GuardPro has not added analytics or advertising trackers to the current app. The app has no separate behavior that changes in response to a Do Not Track signal. Our hosting and authentication providers control their own technical practices; review their policies for details.

6. Storage, retention, and security

Account details, drafts, submitted service and care request snapshots with customer-visible status and review notes, submitted maintenance plans, measurement requests, verified property quantities, pricing snapshots, review notes and published service report snapshots are stored in the app database. Requests you explicitly send, submitted plans and their selected photos are accessible to the GuardPro owner for review. Other saved service and care drafts are excluded from the owner inbox. Removing a saved care draft does not erase its previously submitted review copy; contact GuardPro for deletion requests. Private plan drafts are excluded from the owner review inbox. No address or photo is automatically sent to a measurement provider by the current app. Home Passport profiles store your selected property, customer-entered material details and optional saved-record association. Transfer requests store requester and proposed recipient emails, context and review notes, visible to the requester and GuardPro owner. No recipient invitation or property access is granted automatically. Printable passport handoffs exclude billing records, customer contact details, private notes, water readings and serial numbers; customers choose whether to include selected published service photos. Uploaded photos and copies of selected Jobber attachments are stored in app file storage. Photo & Media visit albums are manually imported from Jobber job attachments, assigned to a verified visit, reviewed by GuardPro and released to the linked customer. Newly imported photos remain private until released. Album access can be withdrawn, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Customers may explicitly export and share an individual photo and an editable caption using their device share menu or a downloaded copy. Share exports are re-encoded in the browser to remove embedded metadata and do not include app address labels or account details. Anything visible in the photo remains visible. GuardPro does not automatically publish to social accounts or track whether a post was completed; recipients and social platforms handle shared copies under their policies. Report photos may retain embedded metadata. GuardPro can remove published reports from customer access, but cannot recall copies already downloaded by a customer. The owner-only Jobber setup also stores encrypted app credentials, authorization tokens, the authorized business account identifier and name, and authorization timestamps. These are not available through customer account features. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers.

We retain information while needed to operate your account, respond to requests, deliver services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Customer email accounts can use password-confirmed account deletion in My account to remove private app records and uploaded personal files. This also revokes app access and removes the email sign-in identity. Separate Jobber service, agreement and accounting records remain business records, and minimal deletion receipts prevent old sessions from reopening the deleted profile. Backup copies follow their retention lifecycle. Legacy sign-in and business owner accounts require a reviewed privacy request. Some information may need to remain in business records or backups as required or permitted by law.

You may explicitly invite an authorized household member using a private, email-bound link for a selected verified property. Accepted access allows that person to view published property reports, selected visit photos and scheduled visits; visit coordinators can submit their own requests. Billing, insurance cases, account details and the primary customer’s private messages are excluded. Invite links expire after seven days if not accepted, and the account holder can revoke access. Records already viewed or downloaded cannot be recalled. The app stores invite email, property, role, acceptance, expiry and revocation information. Service feedback is stored with the report edition; concerns you submit are sent to GuardPro’s private request inbox. Signed Jobber webhooks, when configured, store topic, account and record identifiers, event time and processing status to verify current records and trigger eligible device alerts. The getting-started guide stores your own completion marks and welcome-card preference. For linked customer accounts, GuardPro records the most recent signed-in portal load to measure recent customer use; this starts when the feature is enabled and does not record browsing history, GPS location, or third-party advertising activity. Aggregate owner metrics summarize available invitations, requests and current quote statuses; owner-confirmed membership tracking is separate from billing authorization. The app uses authenticated access checks for saved customer records and uploaded photos. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in notes or uploads. The current app does not collect card or bank details or process payments directly. The Payments section reads issued invoice and sent quote information, account balances and payment status from your linked Jobber customer record. Secure links take you to Jobber Client Hub, where Jobber and its payment providers handle payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. Opening a payment link does not confirm payment; status is refreshed from Jobber.

7. Access, corrections, deletion, and choices

You can edit profile information in My account and remove eligible customer-entered care records through the app. For access, a copy, correction, or deletion of other information, or to close your app profile, email drodgers@guardproexteriors.com with the subject “App privacy request.”

We may ask you to verify your identity and authority before providing records or acting on a request. Do not email a government ID unless we specifically arrange a secure verification method. We will respond as required by the law that applies to your request. We do not require you to waive legal privacy rights to receive service.

A request concerning app data does not automatically delete separate records held by your sign-in provider, Jobber, or other providers. Contact them for requests concerning their accounts. GuardPro service and accounting records may be retained when necessary or legally required.

You may choose not to upload photos or enter optional details, but some features will have less information to work with. Adjust browser permissions or sign out to limit device access. Future promotional communications will provide applicable opt-out options; the current app’s preferences are saved choices only.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and its customer accounts are intended for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and address it.

9. Policy changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and display the revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
